For platform access, it is recommended to activate the 2-Step Authentication option that is available in platform, this provides more security at the time of its management in different work places, to activate it you must follow the next steps:

1. Go to the Account/My account module.

2. A window opens with the account information, including the account ID, in this section go to 2-step Authentication and click Configure.

3. A window with a QR code is displayed,

You must install on your mobile device the Google Authenticator application, the links are available in the window displayed; as soon as it is ready, in this app you must add the account through the 'Scan a QR code' step, scan the code provided and then write down on the platform the code number that gives you the app to link the account by pressing Activate.

4. When you do so, platform will give you 8 One Time Codes to keep in case the Google authenticator application is uninstalled or another phone is linked.
