ACTIVATION AS A RESELLER
A RESELLER is an operator who has the power to manage their respective account. In addition, you can create SELLER's (sellers) to offer and register customers together to the product you select.
REQUIREMENTS
To be activated as a RESELLER in the Platform, it must first provide the following information:
Name: Company Name
Tax ID: DNI Company
Address: Physical address of the company
Email: Company email
Telephone: Company contact telephone number
Country: Country of the company
City: Company city
In addition, the contact details of the person in charge of the RESELLER will be needed:
Name: Full name
Email: Company email
Telephone: Company contact telephone number
And a RESELLER Administration contact:
Name: Full name
Email: Company email
Telephone: Company contact telephone number
The RESELLER will have an ADMIN, which requires the following information:
Name: Full name
Email: Company email
NOTE: A RESELLER can have more than one ADMIN; but from MEDIASTREAM we do not recommend this option.
The welcome email must also be delivered to the ADMIN RESELLER. We will need you to send us the following:
Affair
Message
Company
Once the information has been sent, Mediastream will complete the fields to generate the activation in the RESELLER Platform.
SELLER ACTIVATION
Once the activation of the RESELLER is finished, you can log in to https://platform.mediastre.am/ with the credentials provided by Mediastream
Once the login is done, they will be able to access the Sales Module:
With Admin RESELLER access, you can create SELLERS by entering the New SELLER option:
And the following information must be entered:
Once the information has been entered, it must be saved by clicking on the "Save" button.
The Sales section will allow you to view the activations that users have requested from the SELLER:
In the Customer section, a list of users managed by the SELLER will be displayed:
To ease the search for SELLERs, the e-mail search engine can be used to obtain specific information on a SELLER.
If you want to carry out an advanced search to obtain more information, you can click on the "Advanced" button and it also allows you to download information in CSV format to perform some analysis.
CUSTOMER ACTIVATION
The SELLER will be able to create Customers from the Sales Module - Customer option:
To create the Customer, the option "New Activation" must be selected:
Then, the following fields must be completed:
Customer's full name
Mail
Identification as (NIE, DNI, RUT)
Product
Once the information has been entered, it must be saved by clicking on the "Save" button.
Note: Products will be enabled by Mediastream in due course.
The Sales section will allow you to view the activations that users have requested from the SELLER. Also, see that SELLER has registered according to Supplier, product, full name, email and creation date:
INFORMATION TO CONSIDER
A SELLER that is not an ADMIN may only register a CUSTOMER of the services that he / she requires to contract and view the CUSTOMER history that said SELLER has registered.
