Mux.com is a platform that allows you to see the technical experience of your audience. With its own methodology it shows you several metrics that allow you to evaluate, for example an overall experience score, our CDN or third party, playback failures, the startup time, the amount of rebuffering and the quality of the video.
Integrating it is very simple.
Create an account in Mux.com (you must have a subscription.
Once inside the Mux platform, create a "Property", it can be a Prod, QA, Dev environment. Copy the API Key provided.
Now, paste the key in Mediastream Platform / Settings / Players.
Find the player you are using.
Search inside the player Behavior and then Mux. Just paste the API Key and leave it ON.
That's it! Now in minutes you will receive in Mux the data of your users' experience.
For now it is only supported in our Html5 player.
