Using platform, you can make your content available or unavailable in certain periods of time on your website or on third party websites, it is very simple to do:

  • Go to the Media module, and access any content you wish to share.

  • In the media, go to the Availability section and you will see the following interface:

  • You can set a specific period of time using the From and Until options or, simply set a start date for sharing your content, you must check the box, immediately, it activates the option to select the date and time.

You must save the changes made, from this moment and until the indicated time, the media will not be able to be reproduced in any way, and neither you will have access to this by Token, a message will appear in the player if you try to reproduce this content.

You can change and adjust these schedules even with the media already published, in case the time of availability is increased.

To consider:

  1. It is important that the content is always in Published status so that it is available at the indicated time.

  2. Once the configured period is over, the media will continue to be available on platform, so you will be able to reschedule a date if this is one of your requirements.

  3. If you use our OTT service, with Apps integration, the new media notifications must be configured using the Date Recorded, you just have to set a time after the one configured in Availability, in the example image, a time of 5 minutes after the time set in From was assigned. With this configuration, you must keep in mind that if you want to configure a new notification of the same content, you will have to wait 24 hours before setting a new one.

  4. You can also share the content in a playlist, however, it will only be available at the indicated time.
