Platform provides its users with the ability to generate transcriptions and metadata for AoD and VoD content using MoAI artificial intelligence.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make the adjustments.
1. Activation
Go to the content you want to use. The feature must be enabled, which requires a prior commercial agreement linked to your account. The process is the same for both audio and video content.

Once validated, metadata should not be generated simply by pressing the "Generate With MoAI" button. First, you need to generate the corresponding transcription for the content. To do this, click on the "Auto Generate Transcriptions" button (1) located below the player.
Once done, Platform will start generating the content’s transcription, automatically detecting its language. Upon completion, the screen will refresh, and the transcription will be available.
The subtitles for the clip are automatically generated in the detected language by default.
To activate them on the content, simply click the 'CC' button located on the player’s control bar.
2. Generate Metadata
The goal now is to generate the clip's metadata based on the transcription obtained during the process described in the first step. At this point, you should navigate to the "Generate With MoAI" button (2).
Next to this button, there is a gear icon; you must click on it before proceeding.
This will open a popup to configure the AI with the following options:
Use default account details: Here, you can enable or disable the default settings of the algorithm on the account. These settings are usually set to default and neutral, but they can be modified based on the requirements outlined at the end of this document.
Generation prompt: In this section, you can generate specific instructions to guide the content creation process or allow the AI to handle it with the default settings.
Generation Tone: Define the tone of the content that will match the metadata you wish to generate. In this case, you can choose between neutral, formal, informative, or relaxed.
Language: As the name suggests, this option allows you to select the language in which the content will be generated, always considering the platform’s default languages (English, Portuguese, and Spanish). By default, it will always be set to English.
Once the AI is configured and the changes are saved, you must press "Generate With MoAI" to start creating the metadata. During the process, an alert will appear in the top-right corner of the screen.
Once the process is complete, the metadata will appear in the Title, Description, Tags, and IAB Categories fields. If the generated data is optimal, you should save the changes to the clip, as indicated by the message in the top-right corner of the interface. If not, you can modify the AI settings again using the gear icon or simply press Generate With MoAI once more.
With these simple steps, your content’s metadata will be automatically generated and ready for use.
AI Configuration
This configuration is done in the Settings > AI Options module (available only to account administrators).
In this interface, you can select the models for transcription use based on the integration algorithms. It offers the option to choose models for transcriptions based on the clip's audio, as well as for metadata generation.

You can enable or disable automatic transcription every time content is uploaded to the account (1). Additionally, there is the option to create transcriptions based on different genres (2). If no option is selected, all associated genres are used by default.
Finally, the interface allows you to create a generalized prompt, which will serve as an example and be used by default as the instruction for metadata generation in the clips.
In this module, it’s important to decide whether to generalize the content and metadata based on AI, as changes made will affect all AoD and VoD content generated in the account. Otherwise, it’s recommended to keep the default settings.
